The hotel is situated in a convenient location near the forest in the Wyre Forest district, making it great for exploring the Welsh border area. Unfortunately, there were some instances of rude behavior towards staff in the restaurant which impacted the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, with allegedly extra-large beds and a decent-sized TV. Breakfast was included, which added value to the stay.

The hotel is conveniently situated to explore the Welsh border area, although I couldn't fully enjoy the nearby attractions due to a wedding. The room had all necessary facilities and a decent-sized TV, but dining was not included, missing out on experiencing Colombian coffee. Service was top-notch with excellent room service and a welcome drink. However, the busy restaurant atmosphere in the Wyre Forest district was a bit overwhelming.
